Dijon Mustard Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp grated shallot
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp lemon pepper
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp coconut sugar
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mix together whisk. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
¼ cup aged balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp dried thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pour ingredients together and whisk. Put in glass jar and shake. Store in refrigerator.
Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
¼ cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove minced
1 trsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp sea salt
Black pepper to taste
½ tsp honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and honey.
Drizzle the olive oil while whisking and continue until emulsified.
Add thyme and put in glass jar. Give it a good shake and store in the refrigerator.
Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
¼ cup orange juice or fresh squeezed oranges
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Give it a shake and store in the refrigerator.
Creamy Vegan Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup water
½ cup raw cashews
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
2 cloves garlic
2 TBSP coconut sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 ¼ tsp onion powder
1 tsp fresh oregano or dill
Directions
Blend all ingredients (except the herbs) in high speed blender.
Add fresh herbs and give it a quick blend.
Place ingredients in a glass jar and store in refrigerator.
