13 Jun Grilled Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
1 pound large wild caught shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tail section left on
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp coconut sugar (not palm sugar)
1 tsp curry powder
¼ tsp paprika
Chutney of choice for dipping
Directions
Rinse shrimp and dry on a paper towel, set aside. In bowl mix olive oil, salt, coconut sugar, curry powder, and paprika until well blended. Add the shrimp and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to marinate. Grill shrimp in a pan or on BBQ. Makes a great appetizer or you can also put on skewers with your favorite vegetables. Serve with chutney.
